M.C. Dean celebrates the graduation of 49 apprentices from our electrical and telecommunications apprenticeship programs. This year’s graduates have completed a rigorous curriculum, logging thousands of on-the-job training hours across multi-year programs, furthering their careers, and delivering complex projects for world-class customers.
M.C. Dean recognizes skilled craft colleagues are the backbone of our organization. Since 1949, the program has provided individuals with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in their desired field while receiving quality education and mentorship from seasoned professionals. Currently, M.C. Dean employs over 650 apprentices.
