M.C. Dean’s Internship Program offers early career professionals a dynamic and meaningful opportunity through hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to real-world engineering and technology projects.
From May to August, 158 interns participated in our summer program, gaining hands-on experience through technical assignments, mentorship, and exposure to M.C. Dean’s strategic business units. Interns contributed to meaningful projects with real-world impact and took part in professional development sessions, site visits, and networking opportunities.

Modular Mission Critical™ TripIn June, interns took a field trip to our Modular Mission Critical ™ (MMC) manufacturing campus in Ruther Glen, VA. This opportunity allowed interns to get a behind-the-scenes look at modular design and delivery in real time, helping them connect their work to the bigger picture and gain a deeper understanding of our modular capabilities. |
