Rhys Jones has joined M.C. Dean as vice president of corporate security. Jones will oversee all corporate security functions across M.C. Dean’s global operations, including industrial security and clearances, controlled unclassified information (CUI) requirements, internal enterprise electronic security systems, security intelligence, investigations, and secure spaces.

In this role, Jones will help advance a unified, enterprisewide approach to security that supports M.C. Dean’s continued growth and increasingly complex operating environment. Supporting operations across more than 40 offices and project sites worldwide, as well as the company’s 620-acre Modular Mission Critical Campus, he will strengthen risk management, enhance security governance, and help safeguard critical business operations. Jones is charged with integrating scalable, repeatable security solutions into planning and execution across the company, positioning security as a strategic enabler of business performance and mission success.

“As we continue to grow, we need a security approach that is consistent, scalable, and built to protect our assets, infrastructure, and people,” said David Sealock, M.C. Dean senior vice president Security & Electronic Systems. “Rhys brings more than 20 years of experience managing security programs in highly regulated environments. His expertise will help us strengthen that foundation across the company.”

With expertise spanning corporate security operations, compliance, and mission critical infrastructure protection, Jones has progressively advanced through leadership roles overseeing large security programs, teams, and operations across mission systems, space systems, and corporate environments. Jones also is currently serving in the Army Reserves as a Commander within U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command – Airborne (USACAPOC).

Jones holds a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Science in Organizational/Strategic Leadership, and a Bachelor of Science in Physiology. He is a graduate of U.S. Army Command and General Staff College and is also a board Certified Protection Professional (CPP) through ASIS International.
