Ryan Kaltenbaugh, global sales leader for M.C. Dean’s Security & Electronic Systems business unit, has been appointed to the board of directors of the Foundation for Advancing Security Talent (FAST).
FAST is a joint initiative of the Security Industry Association (SIA) and the Electronic Security Association (ESA) that works to connect talent with careers in the security industry. In his role, Kaltenbaugh will support FAST’s mission to expand workforce development, increase awareness of career opportunities, and recognize the contributions of technical professionals.
With more than 30 years of experience in security and life safety, Kaltenbaugh has led global sales, business development, and industry engagement. In 2022, he founded National Security Technician Day, now annually recognized for honoring the professionals who design, install, and maintain security technologies.
His appointment highlights M.C. Dean’s role in advancing the security workforce and ensuring customers have access to skilled teams that deliver mission-critical cyber-physical solutions.
