M.C. Dean hosted its signature Tech Expo event from May 23-25 at the company’s Tysons, VA headquarters. This year’s event focused heavily on employee learning and development with the intent of advancing its culture of expertise, agility, and trust. The 2.5-day event educated employees on best known ways for project delivery, customer engagement, recruiting, and people management.
“We set out to make this year’s employee-focused Tech Expo reinforce our core values and topics discussed during executive planning sessions to enable greater leadership across the organization,” said Bill Dean, chief executive officer. “The tools and resources shared reflect real-world examples of technology, processes, and solutions delivered to solve our customer’s most complex challenges. Our goal was for everyone to walk away feeling inspired, informed, and well equipped to tackle new project and career opportunities.”
Through hands on workshops, panels, and technical demonstrations, employees gained a deeper knowledge of their role in the organization and impact on complex customer challenges.
