The Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) presented M.C. Dean with a contractor purchasing system review (CPSR) letter of acceptance for the company’s enhanced purchasing online (ePOL) portal, launched in March.

“Top tier federal and non-federal customers expect contractors to have mature, methodical, and transparent business practices and systems,” said Bill Dean, CEO. “The CPSR certification represents our codification of best practices. The implementation team worked tirelessly to establish the processes and system required to certify ePOL in 18 months.”

A CPSR evaluates the efficiency and effectiveness of how companies spend federal funds and comply with government subcontracting policies.

The ePOL system is flexible for use with both federal and non-federal procurements. The system enables custom rules to match procurement requirements and pricing strategies, and integrates directly with manufacturer and government portals for faster processing.

“In addition to increased awareness and exposure to new opportunities, our teams and customers will see significant workflow, support, and response time improvements,” said Diana Smith, vice president of Procurement.
