  • Escalation Process

Immediately notify your project and safety leadership, if you test positive for COVID-19, feel sick, or have a COVID-19 exposure.

Client guidance may vary by project site, so escalate new customer COVID-19 guidance or requirements to your project and safety leadership.

  • Vaccine Verification System

Vaccine tracking is an important planning tool so we can keep as many employees safe and working as possible.

A growing number of our customers are requiring weekly confirmation of vaccine status or negative COVID-19 tests. Our vaccine tracker supports documentation for teams on these sites.

M.C. Dean’s COVID-19 escalation process for employees
We have formed an integrated team, composed of safety, security, risk management, human resource, legal, and communication experts, called the Rapid Response Team. The Rapid Response Team, led by M.C. Dean’s Safety department, is working in lockstep with leadership to address customer and employee questions and concerns.
