M.C. Dean is offering new free and flexible healthcare options for you and your family. Healthcare should be simple, affordable, and flexible. M.C. Dean is making it easier to choose the coverage that’s right for you while reducing healthcare costs and investing in your long-term health and financial well-being.
Employees who sign themselves and their dependents up for the Cigna $3,500 HSA plan will now have zero weekly medical payroll deductions, if they complete their two wellness requirements.
To streamline plan choices, M.C. Dean is retiring the Cigna $5,000 HSA plan. The $3,500 HSA plan will become the new free option for employees. In addition, M.C. Dean is reintroducing a traditional PPO plan with a $2,000 deductible.
The Cigna $2,000 HSA plan will continue to be offered to employees who prefer that coverage option.
Beginning after one year of service, eligible employees enrolled in an HSA plan may receive a new company-funded HSA seed contribution of up to $1,000 for individual coverage or $2,000 for family coverage, helping employees build tax-advantaged savings for future healthcare expenses. This equals a total M.C. Dean contribution of up to $2,000 or $4,000 for employees who also cover dependents.
