M.C. Dean, a leader in systems integration and technology solutions, has been recognized by SC Biz News with a 2025 Top Projects Award for its North Charleston facility.
The Top Projects Awards honor the most impactful building and construction projects completed in South Carolina over the past year. Winners were selected based on project difficulty, design creativity, innovative construction techniques, collaboration, sustainability, and community impact.

Located at 1100 Sumner Ave. in North Charleston, the facility includes 12,600 square feet of office space, 5,000 square feet of state-of-the-art pre-
installation, testing, and commissioning space, and nearly 7,500 square feet of secure storage.
The site strengthens M.C. Dean’s ability to deliver enterprise security systems, telecommunications infrastructure, and engineering and design expertise. These capabilities support mission critical customers across the state and beyond, including Federal agencies, hyperscale data centers, and aerospace manufacturers.

According to SC Biz News, the 2025 Top Projects Awards “are changing the landscape of South Carolina, showcasing innovation and mindfulness as they reshape the Palmetto State’s future.” Honorees were recognized during an online video celebration on Sept. 30, accompanied by digital features, social media coverage, and print publication in SC Biz News.
