Located at 1100 Sumner Ave. in North Charleston, the facility includes 12,600 square feet of office space, 5,000 square feet of state-of-the-art pre-
installation, testing, and commissioning space, and nearly 7,500 square feet of secure storage.
The site strengthens M.C. Dean’s ability to deliver enterprise security systems, telecommunications infrastructure, and engineering and design expertise. These capabilities support mission critical customers across the state and beyond, including Federal agencies, hyperscale data centers, and aerospace manufacturers.
