Women in Construction Week
Field teams celebrated Women in Construction (WIC) Week, themed “Together We Rise,” with career path focused employee appreciation events. The Southern Virginia data center team hosted guest speakers sharing stories about overcoming challenges in construction while balancing careers and families.
The Modular Mission Critical™ team wrapped up WIC week with a lunch social, acknowledging the contributions of women in modular projects. Employees also connected with local partners at networking events hosted by the National Association of Women in Construction and Associated Builders and Contractors.
International Women’s Day
Women at M.C. Dean hosted a virtual recognition event, where employees shared their achievements and career journeys. Additionally, participants at their Tysons headquarters Wellness & Essentials Fair connected with local vendors and enjoyed trivia games with prizes.
