A graduate of the University of Georgia, Petkas started as an estimator for the company and worked his way up through project leadership and group management. He now assumes his new role as director of operations for the Integrated Infrastructure and Communications Systems (I2CS) team.

Zachary Daniels

Dean in 2014, Zachary Daniels has led multiple projects, including the fabrication of a modular data center project at our Modular Mission Critical™ manufacturing campus and a recently completed fiber project in Japan for the Services & Critical Support (SCS) team. As senior project leader, he will lead projects for the Integrated Infrastructure and Communications Systems (I2CS) team in the Washington Metro area.

Business Development

Mark Tibbetts
Vice President of Business Development

Including his tenure with the Tibs Group (acquired by M.C. Dean in 2004,) Mark Tibbetts has been with the organization for 36 years. Tibbetts served as the southeast region general manager for Services & Critical Support (SCS), then global capture director of SCS’s facility management and energy programs. Tibbetts will lead efforts to sharpen M.C. Dean’s business and account development strategies in his new role, focused on expanding our existing business and winning new prime contracting awards.
