M.C. Dean recently hosted a workshop for Clark Construction’s Mid-Atlantic Field Leadership Development Program at their Modular Mission Critical™ (MMC) facility.

Walt Rampey, director of design, reviewing the benefits of M.C. Dean’s modular design process.

This workshop is part of a three-year accelerated Clark program designed to train the next generation of field leadership. M.C. Dean hosted the team to review best practices for integrating modular into their projects and included a facility tour.

“It’s exciting to have so many young leaders attend this session at MMC,” said Bill Knott, M.C. Dean vice president of Engineering & Construction. “Demonstrating our approach to modular delivery gets them thinking outside of traditional, linear construction methods and exemplifies our team pushing the industry forward.”

Hosting joint training exercises, like this one with Clark, is part of a larger initiative to engage and enhance adoption among M.C. Dean’s general contractor partners.
