We spoke with Sanjana Reddy, an engineer for our Security & Electronic Systems team, about her exciting career journey at M.C. Dean. She started in estimation and recently took on a new role as a design engineer. Throughout her early career, she’s been able to participate in a wide variety of projects and has taken advantage of opportunities for internal mobility.
