Safety executive Bennett talks to ENR about New View safety

Engineering News-Record (ENR) interviewed Senior Vice President for Safety John Bennett.  He spoke with ENR Deputy Editor Richard Korman about M.C. Dean’s adoption of the ‘New View’ safety approach. In this interview, Bennett explains how M.C. Dean deliberately shifted our occupational health and safety efforts toward a people-and-process-focused approach and away from a rules and compliance system.
