Alan Ward, college recruiting lead, and Jamal Baadani, Director of Talent Acquisition, receive the Top Virginia Employer for interns award at the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce.

For the second year in a row, M.C. Dean was honored as a Top Virginia Employer for Interns by the Virginia Talent + Opportunity Partnership (V-TOP). This award recognizes the company’s commitment to providing work-based learning opportunities for students through internship offerings. 

 “Our interns support real work on projects that matter. This back-to-back recognition reaffirms our programmatic approach and celebrates the leadership committed to the success of early career professionals,” said Jamal Baadani, M.C. Dean director of talent acquisition. “Thank you to all M.C. Dean employees who invest in and empower the next generation of leaders, thus sustaining our legacy of innovation.” 

This news follows the announcement of Baadani’s appointment to the V-TOP board of advisors. Baadani will represent Region 7, comprised of George Mason University, Marymount University, and Northern Virginia Community College.
