M.C. Dean received the certificate of occupancy for its new modular system manufacturing and systems integration building at our ModularMEP manufacturing center in October 2019.

This new modular system manufacturing and systems integration building is part of the company’s plan for $25.1 million investment to expand the Caroline County, Virginia facility to provide increased capacity for ModularMEP™ and to support high-growth, mission-critical customers, such as data centers, airports, and healthcare facilities.

M.C. Dean began the development of its prefabrication facility in Caroline County, Virginia in 2003, and it opened in 2006. Today, the facility serves as the home for ModularMEP™, M.C. Dean’s product line of large-scale, fully-integrated, modularized power, electronic security, and telecom systems and rooms that are engineered, integrated, tested, and pre-commissioned onsite before being transported to customer locations across the United States.
