M.C. Dean has promoted six leaders for their contributions to developing great people, delivering great solutions, and growing great customers. As the organization continues to expand, these leaders each play a critical role in developing the next generation of technical, project leadership, and functional talent within M.C. Dean.
Engineering and Construction
The Engineering & Construction strategic business unit has almost doubled its revenue in the past four years. New directors are being introduced to scale and develop our teams to meet the technical and operational demands of our current and future growth.
“Josh Reid, Christopher Edge, Kelly Seymour, and Josh O’Dell have been pivotal in our growth to date and represent our next generation of leadership,” said Mike Keatley, senior vice president of Electrical Systems. “The entire Electrical Systems team will benefit from their collective knowledge and experience as we expand our portfolio of world-class customers and critical-infrastructure projects.”

Facilities Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance (FEO&M)
“Ervin Caldera’s leadership has been central to growing our FEO&M business, more than doubling our division revenue and team during the past three years,” said Dan August, senior vice president of Service & Critical Support.

Marketing and Communications (MarComm)
“Under Regine’s leadership, the MarComm team has refreshed our brand; launched a new website; expanded sales tools and events to engage our customers; and spearheaded several issues management campaigns, including our COVID-19 response,” said Bill Dean, chief executive officer.

Please join us in congratulating our E&C, FEO&M, and MarComm team members on their well-deserved promotions.
