M.C. Dean has promoted six leaders for their contributions to developing great people, delivering great solutions, and growing great customers. As the organization continues to expand, these leaders each play a critical role in developing the next generation of technical, project leadership, and functional talent within M.C. Dean.

Engineering and Construction

The Engineering & Construction strategic business unit has almost doubled its revenue in the past four years. New directors are being introduced to scale and develop our teams to meet the technical and operational demands of our current and future growth.

“Josh Reid, Christopher Edge, Kelly Seymour, and Josh O’Dell have been pivotal in our growth to date and represent our next generation of leadership,” said Mike Keatley, senior vice president of Electrical Systems. “The entire Electrical Systems team will benefit from their collective knowledge and experience as we expand our portfolio of world-class customers and critical-infrastructure projects.”

Christopher Edge, DBIA
Director of Operations
Since joining M.C. Dean in 2012, Christopher Edge has served as design engineer and project leader on multiple large scale electrical systems projects and programs. In his new role, he assumes leadership for the E&C mission critical projects team.

Joshua O’Dell, PE
Director of Operations
Josh O’Dell assumes leadership of the healthcare projects and co-lead of the industrial & pharmaceutical teams. He interned with M.C. Dean – joining full time in 2009 as a design engineer, working his way up through project leadership.

Kelly Seymour, PMP
Director of Operations
Kelly Seymour will lead the transportation & aviation and Fortune 500 projects teams. He joined M.C. Dean as a journeyman electrician and foreman before completing his degree in 2010 and moving into project leadership.

Joshua Reid, PE
Director of Engineering
Josh Reid assumes leadership for E&C’s engineering and federal projects teams. He will champion P.E. licensure and technical credentials for M.C. Dean engineers. Since 2009, he has played key design and leadership roles, including serving as Engineer of Record on our largest design-build project.

Facilities Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance (FEO&M)

“Ervin Caldera’s leadership has been central to growing our FEO&M business, more than doubling our division revenue and team during the past three years,” said Dan August, senior vice president of Service & Critical Support.

Ervin Caldera, FMP
Director of Operations
Ervin is responsible for operational performance and workforce development for FEO&M. A U.S. Air Force veteran; he joined the company as a project scheduler. After completing his degree in 2011, he advanced into project leadership roles for our largest federal clients.

Marketing and Communications (MarComm)

“Under Regine’s leadership, the MarComm team has refreshed our brand; launched a new website; expanded sales tools and events to engage our customers; and spearheaded several issues management campaigns, including our COVID-19 response,” said Bill Dean, chief executive officer.

Since 2018, Regine has developed the team responsible for branding, client marketing, corporate communications, and project communications supporting M.C. Dean’s customer growth, employee engagement, and corporate social responsibility goals.​​
