M.C. Dean announced the promotion of Misty Miran, director of human resources, to vice president of corporate human resources. In this role, Miran will provide leadership and strategic integration of the company’s corporate human resources portfolio, including employee relations, benefits and compensation, retention initiatives, new hire experience, and compliance.
Miran has been an integral part of M.C. Dean for almost 25 years, holding multiple leadership roles in our human resources team. Her detailed knowledge of M.C. Dean’s operations, projects, and leadership, combined with her extensive expertise in employee relations and industry best practices, make her the perfect candidate to lead our corporate human resources team.
Before joining M.C. Dean, Miran was a human resources generalist with Dominion Energy in Leesburg, Virginia.
