It is an open market, multiple-award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (MA-IDIQ), governmentwide contract vehicle supporting the strategic sourcing initiative to reduce costs and drive efficient purchasing by federal agencies.

Sustainability Disclosures

M.C. Dean strives to implement sustainability program best practices company wide. Through our sustainability best practices we ensure that our use of green products strictly complies with GSA BMO requirements and Federal environmental programs such as: BioPreferred, Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP), Energy Star, Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP), WaterSense and Comprehensive Procurement Guidelines (CPG) Safer Choice and SmartWay programs. We also adhere to FAR 52.223-9 and Federal environmental programs for recycled content certification and have implemented quality and sustainability programs such as procurement of green supplies, or recycling. All components of M.C. Dean’s Sustainability Plan are tracked, monitored, implemented and performed throughout the execution of each project.

M.C. Dean is active in the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) Building Commissioning Association (BCA) and is an AEE Certified Energy Manager (CEM). We are on the Department of Energy’s (DOE) Qualified List of Energy Service Companies, an EPA EnergyStar Partner, and a LEED Certified Company with in-house LEED Accredited Professionals.
