COVID-19 RESPONSE
COVID-19 Protocols
The safety and health of our employees and the general public is paramount. As the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to spread, M.C. Dean will continue to provide periodic guidance on workplace prevention, travel restrictions, and company escalation processes as the conditions change. We are closely following CDC guidance and are working in coordination with our customers in the U.S. and around the globe to align with their COVID-19 response and continuity of operation plans.
CLIENT/PROJECT SITE DIRECTION
Client guidance may vary by project site. Some sites will have explicit guidance, while others will not. If you receive guidance from your client site, immediately escalate that information to your Project Lead who will engage Strategic Business Unit (SBU) leadership and the Rapid Response Team.
We have formed an integrated team, composed of safety, security, risk management, human resource, legal, and communication experts, called the Rapid Response Team. The Rapid Response Team, led by M.C. Dean's Safety department, is working in lockstep with the SBU leaders to address customer and employee questions and concerns. Please note, our escalation protocol for the Coronavirus is the same as any safety incident notification. Contact your Project Leader/Supervisor and/or Safety Representatives.
