Response Desk
The Response Desk has been created to help students troubleshoot problems they are experiencing with access to NEIT Web resources. It will not be able to help with general computer problems or Internet Service Provider/connection questions but can provide username and passwords, general system information, and updates when the system is down.

- Your NEIT ID number
- A phone number where you can be reached
NEIT observes the following holidays: New Year's Day; Martin Luther King Day; Presidents' Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Columbus Day; Veteran's Day; Thanksgiving Day; Christmas Day. In addition to the above holidays, NEIT provides salaried employees with two additional "staff holidays" in proximity to each of the following major holidays: Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
